William (born October 20, 1988) joined Acmlm's Board as the user "cpubasic13" (MUST be in lowercase forms at all times!) sometime in December of 2003. He started as a rom hacker, preferably in the SMW forum due to sheer boredom at home one day. After a little while on the board, he began to venture into the other areas of the board until restricting himself back to the SMW forum. Then after a long while he decided to venture back into the other parts of the board, becoming a contributer to the Sim-Battle Arena and participating in the General Gaming forum.
Upon the board split, he registered on Board II, being the 10th user registered. He sticks to the General/General Gaming forums, while also going into various other points of interest at times.

He actively posts on the board as well as talk in the IRC channel #rohmacking.

cpubasic13 has recently set up a desktop, hence why he also goes by the username of "cpuadvanced13" in IRC. He has also been playing PIU NX more frequently and has been able to pass Canon-D Full Mix CZ with an A. As for Stepmania sims, he has recently been considering starting a pack, but he wants to wait until he gets more files done before assembling it. cpubasic has also considered making a Stepmania theme, but once he set up his desktop he has yet to touch it.
