Restricted forums

Restricted forums are forums which require a prerequisite to visit (or post). The most well-known examples of this are the staff forums, which require a powerlevel of 1 or higher to view and post in, and the Admin Room, which requires a powerlevel of 3 to view and post. In history, there were other restricted forums, like the Lost Threads of the second incarnation.
