Acmlm stands for "I can press random buttons on the name select in Shining in the Darkness." [1] This acronym makes no sense in English, but this is okay because Acmlm does not speak English. Actually it doesn't make sense in French either. Acmlm is a French-Canadian.

Acmlm is also sometimes called "Milly." This is Acmlm's imaginary female "Counterpart," if you will. It appears that she is Acmlm's imaginary girlfriend, though this gets blurry at times.

Acmlm has played Ragnarok Online on and off for the past two and a half years, constantly switching between three diffrent servers.

Acmlm can also be found posting occasionally on TASvideos forums.

Acmlm has made a few ROM hacks, mainly Mario game hacks or integrating Mario into other games. A few of the games he's made are-

• Strange Mario Bros. 1, 2, and 3, which are hacks of their respective official Mario games.
• Mario Fantasy Adventure, which is a Final Fantasy hack.

At one point, there was even a forum that was made just to display Acmlm's ROM hacks, called Acmlm's ROM Hacks, appropriately enough.
